FSP Supervisor Regional Implementation Networks function as learning collaboratives designed specifically for FSP Supervisors and Coordinators. There are 12 FSP regional meetings and each region meets 1x per quarter. Meetings are facilitated by CIMH staff and consist of: a) DMH updates pertinent to FSPs, b) CMHDA policy updates that impact FSP development, and c) county-to-county peer coaching to address shared implementation challenges. Participants help identify local level FSP implementation barriers as well as training needs. CIMH uses this information to inform planning for training and technical assistance that will help bring FSP programs to operational maturity.
