This page will include all California FFT aggregate outcome evaluation “dashboard” reports. These dashboard reports incorporate key measures of program performance and child and family outcomes, are intended as a quality assurance tool, and will be generated twice a year.
Each FFT site will receive the statewide report, that aggregates data from across all California teams, and their own site-specific report reflecting the activity of just their own FFT practitioners.
Please note that this report is based entirely on data from the FFT Clinical Service System (CSS). As a result of incomplete CSS entries, aspects of this initial report are significantly limited.
Key indicators include:
- Entry rate—reflects success in having a referred family participate in an initial session. When referrals are not entered into the CSS as a contact note this statistic is inaccurately increased.
- Drop out rate—reflects success in having families complete FFT (reach generalization phase). When drop out codes are not completed this statistic is inaccurately decreased.
- Average length of treatment—reflects average number of sessions by phase. When session notes are not completed this statistic is inaccurately decreased.
- CPQ scores—reflects therapeutic process, progress and alliance. When CPQs are not completed this statistic may be inaccurately low or high.
- Completions and YOQ, YOQ-SR and OQ changes—reflects child and family improvements. When these outcome measures are not competed the completion rate is inaccurately decreased and the ability to show improvements limited.
