Project Manager - Superior Region MHSA W.E.T. Collaborative

This is a professional level position requiring a Master’s level education and experience in Education, Public Health, Social Work, Community Studies, Psychology or related fields.  The Project Manager position is part time and requires experience managing agency-wide or large projects, including responsibility for project planning, budgeting, personnel, implementation, outcomes and evaluation.  The position also requires academic experience in the development and delivery of human services curriculum through hybrid distributed learning, experience with multi-stakeholder processes, meeting facilitation, community development and grant writing, and knowledge of and capacity to implement all programs consistent with the 5 MHSA essential elements.  Familiarity with Superior Region mental health and/or educational system and resources is preferred.  Position requires ability to travel within state.

Program Support Specialist

This is a professional level position with a bachelors degree preferred. The Program Support Specialist position requires at least five years of executive level administrative experience. The Program Support Specialist must have excellent oral and written skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills.  Must be flexible and able to work independently, follow established time-lines, ability to manage multiple projects and anticipate the needs of the project staff.

Senior Associate, Transformative Care Planning

This is a professional level position requiring a master degree or above in a mental health related field. The Senior Associate position requires at least five years of experience in a mental health related field, including 3 years as senior management or researcher. The Senior Associate must have excellent oral and written skills, demonstrated group facilitation, leadership and problem solving skills. Must be able to work with diverse groups and communities. Must have the ability to package and market training and technical assistance products. Must have knowledge of the California public mental health system and the Mental Health Services Act. Experience with public mental health systems and quality assurance preferred. Must be flexible and able to work independently. Position requires ability to travel within state and occasionally nationally, including flying and overnights.
